Hi all - I recently purchased a 2007 2.0L V6 Sport X-Type. I noticed in the audio interface, there's a CDC button (which I understand is for the CD changer). But I checked the trunk and realized there isn't a changer installed. Is this normal? Does that just simply mean the button is 'for show'?


Also, anyone has experience with front two speakers not working? I checked with a few audio shops around town (I live in Hong Kong) and they don't work on Jags for some reason.

The CDC button is on all the cars even if you do not have teh changer. It is kike the phone button. Unless you have the phone module installed, which is kind of rare, it is only for show.
