Default climate control

i've searched the forum, for an answer , with no results.
My climate control is not diverting the air flow to the different spots, both in auto or manual. It only blows through the defrost and nowhere else, this only started about a week ago. Nothing new was done to the car besides an oil change. Can someone please help, I hate when things don't work right. I have a 2004 x-type with about 148 000 km.

Dragonsse, sounds like the diverter flapper inside the dash has died on you. If you look around, there are posts about how to diagnose it and the fix if I recall is fairly easy. Just takes getting into the passenger footwell area and access the diverter valve actuator.

If you want more info on this, let me know and I will tell you what I know.
