Do I have a clogged catalytic converter?
I've got misfires on 1, 3, and 5. P1313 and P1316 as well. I've replaced upper/lower manifold gaskets and imt o-rings. The check valve between the intake and the brake booster seems to be working fine too. Any Ideas on what could be the problem?
