Drivers Side Headlight low
My drivers side headlight points lower than the passenger side. it does adjust using the adjustment screw, but will not go high enough to match the passenger side. Is there some other adjustment i am missing, is this to prevent from blinding oncoming traffic? i could move the passenger side down to match the drivers side but then the headlights would be really ineffective.

RE: Drivers Side Headlight low
there is a "correct height" so the one that is high may just be out of adjustment and not the other way around. Yes, they are set to a specific height, which i don't know what it is right now, so that you don't blind any on coming traffic.
before making any adjustments, make sure you have nothing in the trunk that could weight the car down so your front end isn't pointing up from the weight..
You can make the adjustment with the light on pointing at a wall and getting them close....or take it to a jag dealer where they will check the height, and make sure they are at the correct level and nothing is broken....
