Default Engine won't start!

A while back my car kept lost the coolant, not know the damage of difference type of coolants will do to the engine, I kept filled it with normal green coolant, after a while I notice the engine lost the coolant but there is no coolant leaking out, on the last drive the engine over heat car shut down and won't start again, although engine is turning. After towed the car home, read on the forum tell me the head gasket was leak. When I drain the oil, water came out first, then the muddy oil followed out, after removed almost every things: Timing chains cover, timing chains, cam shafts and the headers; Inside of cylinders were full of water, after clean the pistons heads and cylinders, replaced the new head gaskets, put back every things, before removed the cam shafts I mark the position of the cams where they are so when I put them back they would not be wrong position, I turn the key the engine turn as when it shut down but won't start, I think it might be spark plugs, replaced new set of spark plugs, still not start, I order a set of new ignition coils, still the engine turn but won't start, what else should I look into it? Could it be fuel pump? Could it be Fuel injections? Could it be engine control module? please some body give me an answer!

I think you need to do a compression test of the cylinders and that would help in knowing valve timing is close and also that there was no ring/cylinder damage caused by the overheating.
Let us know what the compression test results are.

Check out these two vids should point you in the right direction.
do you have any engine codes?
if compression is good.
do you have spark?
try using a spark tester if you have spark this should point up in the right direction for ECU etc...
if you have spark then double check your timing make sure the engine is not 180 deg out (easy to do)
also check fuel pressure should be around 50psi

Ok

just read your post again

did you have the heads skimmed/checked while they were off to make sure they were not damaged during the overheat?

I am thinking it is more likely your timing chain may be off this is more likely than bad ECU or multiple coil pack issues.
being off by just one link will drive you crazy just rebuilt the daughters V8 jeep (blown head gasket) and that was fun to set up even though it was right in front of me.
