Default Error codes help

So first error codes I got were
P0430
P1647
P0430
P1647
So I changed out bank 2 (near the radiator) sensor 1 upstream and the sensor 2 downstream.
Now the error codes I get are
P0430
P1647
P0430
So my question is are the double codes meaning both bank 1 and 2 are bad? Or does bank 1 have its own error code number? Because the second set of codes I got only came up with the P1647 code once instead of twice like before.
Is it safe to say I need to replace the cat now on bank 2? Will post photos of error codes if it uploads

Not sure what the double codes would be, but there are separate codes for each bank. Yours are for Bank 2. The same codes for Bank 1 would be P1646 and P0420.

Is there any way you maybe changed the O2 sensors in the wrong Bank?

Um I changed the two on the radiator side. I can see the ones on the firewall side and they look next to impossible to get too. I thought that the bank one was nearest the firewall and bank two was near the radiator. I did go ahead and order two more sensors and two cats. Figure I will just change them all out so the engine light goes out. It does have 109k miles on it.

Since you changed out the O2 sensors and still get the same codes returning it makes me wonder if there is another error causing the problem. First when you installed the new sensors is the one on the top have a grey plug. The upper sensor is heated and has 4 wires, it is easy to install them in the wrong place. Second if the upper is the grey plug, meaning the correct sensor have you checked the O2 sensor fuse.
Since you have a 2004 model there was a change in the electrical layout. If the build sticker on the drivers door indicates a build date prior to March 2004 the fuse will be #42 for the O2 sensor heater circuit. If the date is after March you will need to check the owners handbook for the fuse number.
I would get the sensors working before scrapping the catalytic convertor. The code is telling you it is not working efficiently.

So I just looked and I do have the grey sensor plug on upper and the black sensor plug on the cat. I just checked both fuses and they weren't blown. So I guess I will pull that cat off and replace it.
