Estate Wagon Problem
I have a 2006 Estate Wagon and decided to replace the conventional reverse lights with LED units. My car has the navigation CD player in the driver's side rear access compartment and a sub-woofer in the passenger side compartment. The lack of reasonable access in either is ridiculous! Finally got the left side done, I still haven't succeeded on the right side despite having given a bit of blood in my efforts. It would probably be a bit easier if I removed the sub-woofer, but I'm reluctant to haphazardly remove components if there is an better way. Since this problem is unique to the Estate Wagons, it would be great to hear from an owner who figured out what that easier way is. (I've dealt with a similar situation with the front headlights by first removing the bumper. Time-consuming, but with fewer cuts and bruises).
Thanks,
Max

Thanks for the compliment Chad. That is just a list of the "fun" cars, and not sure if I may have left a few out (the mind is the second thing to go). I bought the vast majority of those cars for a song; I paid $ 2,800 for the 1961 Ferrari 250 GTE back in the late 70's (had a rusty floor plan and rockers, but still driveable). I rebuilt the engine, drove it for a year or two and sold it for $ 5,500!
If I had held on to some of them, I would have had one Hell of a retirement fund. Alas.......
