Default Evaporator Temperature Sensor

Is there anyone that can let me know a removal procedure to replace the evaporator temperature sensor.

My A/C get very cold at first, sometimes for along time, then the compressor just stops and I get a big puddle of water under the car.I am thinking that the evaporator is freezing up. A/C pressures read about 38 on the low side and 230 on the high side. but after awhile the low side pressure will slowly climb to 50 and will start to cycle the compressor on and off,and the eventually the low pressure will just climb to 110 and the high pressure drops to 80. Then I let the car sit for about 30 min. and the a/c works again.
