My car won't start, cranks over and wants to start. As soon as I turn the ignition on the F22 fuse blows, I have checked the glow plug harness and cleaned it and all seams fine.

I have Just been out and bought a Delphi diagnostic kit and it's came up with the codes

P1544 Engine coolant heater B control unit
P0003 Fuel regulator control circuit low (could this be because of the blown F22 fuse?)
C0003 Unknown fault
P3553 Unknown fault
B1100 Unknown fault

Does anyone have any clues please?
