replaced module in the 04 x with a USED one.....both fans did spin with ac running but i think too slowly. Drove to work,outside temp 40degrees...engine kept overheating...fans not running...i assume module is junk . Any other possibilities..fan motor? Anyone know a dealer where i can get just a NEW module or should i just get the whole assembly which i see is 3-400$ Thanks for any input

 

Could just be your control module, if the fans are spinning up they should work..could be your relay too
