I found the switch under the hood for the bonnet warming. In the owners manual it says if the bonnet is not closed the red open door light will be on ditto for the rear bonnet also.HOWEVER, I also have a Drivers supplemental handbook which says with the car is not equipped with a message center, mine isn't then there will be no message.

I don't get it, the rear bonnet warning works fine, but if the front bonnet is not secured there is no warming light when all the doors and rear bonnet is closed. I don't get it. As you can see in the attachment the rubber cover for the switch.
