I dont know what to say. It seems obvious.
Just unclip the light from the bumper, and replace the bulb. That is super easy. If that does not work, get a voltmeter and check what voltage is going to the socket.
check the fuse with a meter or test-light too....
There is nothing to reallly troubleshoot until you do that as the very basics of changing a bulb.
Do you know they make a lot of jokes about changing lightbulbs... (how many blondes/engineers/etc...)
