Default Headlight Wiper Cover Loose

Does anybody know how to tighten the headlight wiper cover?
Just got my car back & had it washed. As I was waxing the car, I noticed the cover was loose.
Tried pushing it back but seemed not to work. Thanks in advance.

I think I found the problem. One of the clip that is attached to the cover broke off maybe during the car was in the shop because they were working on the AC compressor nearby. I'm not sure.
Anyway the cover looks intact but I put in double adhesive tape for now, so I won't loose the cover when the other break part break off. I also can't pull the cover out without breaking the other piece. So I didn't force it.

Question does anybody know the part I need to buy or is it a whole assembly thingy. Part number will be great. Thanks.
