Default heated seats

Okay so I dont know about the other jags, but my heated seat only heat the bottom (buttocks) cushions.

My gf's dad just bought a 2011 f350, and teh heated seats are a wow, especially since they heat the lumbar region as well.

I've been wondering, should I get a after market kit and put new heating pads in both front seats, and how would i go aout wiring this intot he factory heated switch?

Default heated seats

I have an 07 XK and the seats seem to heat just the bottom. My Ford Flex 09, heats bottom and back.
