Help with identifying a part.
Hey there, long time lurker sometimes poster here. I have a 2002 X-type that I lent to my mother. She ended up entering a driveway too fast and hit some strange pipe underneath the radiator. It looks almost like a mini-radiator, which began to leak Transmission Fluid. I found the piece hanging underneath the car and it left a huge puddle of Transmission fluid. Can someone tell me what part this is and what it would take to replace/fix it?
Edit: Also, my Transmission's gears don't engage at all. It doesn't go into reverse or drive, I assume the Tranny was completely drained of fluid.

If so, it's the transmission oil cooler.
