My husband is doing the swap like others on this site. He's come up against the problem of removing the water outlet. Does he have to remove the head to do this? I saw one post saying bust it out. He can't get to the bolt. He removed the head on the jag engine but doesn't want to remove the head and get new gasket and bolts for the lincoln. Help please

 

1 - Try spraying it down with PB Blaster
2 - Apply heat to the bolt. Best - acetylene torch, other propane.
