Hey number1...........welcome to the site.
Re the bulbs...foglight bulbs? You'll need to remove the splash cover under the engine compartment........described in the Quick FAQ link thread in the X type section along with various different methods for changing bulbs including soliciting the help of a 12 year old with extremely small hands.
