Default I need help with this Duel mass flywheel

The O'lady's Bro is a life long tranny man. he just put a new clutch. Got done it won't move. So he pulls the flywheel to have it surfaced. no place can do it.

So recommendation?
get a new flywheel? and where
go with a conversion kit? from who
brake out a roll-lock or DA and resurface it ourselfs

Or any info would be appreciated!
personal experiences, what you have heard, or contact info for the guy who know, the best plan of action.

Why do you think the flywheel needs resurface. The clutch assembly doesn't care what shape the flywheel is in. If it is warped, worn or bad the clutch will just eat itself up. If you put in a new clutch and it won't engage the flywheel there is something amiss in the installation. Since the clutch bolts to the flywheel there has to be contact. The only thing preventing contact is the throwout bearing. If the clutch linkage is not correct it will hold the pressure plate off of the disc and no moving the car. The other possibility is wrong pressure plate. If you can bolt the disc and plate to the flywheel and still rotate the disc by hand something is amiss with the pressure plate. if you have them out of the vehicle bolt them up and see if everything is correct
