Default I need some help on jaguar for cd

Hello everyone i got a 2002 jaguar x type 3.0 with 38k miles and my jaguar doesnt have a cd slot or w.e u wanna call it and i wanna put it on my jag with touch screen navi and everything. Im only 18 years old so i wanna see what options i have. I havent done anything to this car with any modifications at all.

Klod, I am still trying to learn all the variations of the radios in our Jags. Do you have a black plate below the radio or a tape player in that area? If so, then all you would need to do is get the single CD player that goes there and that will plug into the back of the radio that you currently have (atleast that is how it is in my 03). So, finding the CD player only should be fairly cheap as most people are wanting the whole head unit. THe CD player will bolt into the bracket for the radio that you have now.

Hopefully this gives you the info that you are after.

Well i do have a black plate and ill take a picture tomorrow and post it up. I have 3 buttons under my cassette its goes like AM/FM | CD | and some other button
