I truly am an idiot!
So yeah needless to say I have somewhat of short temper and I hate being told what to do so yeah...I need a rear bumper and taillight on the drivers side any idea where to go? I found a light for 50 plus shipping but it will probably go for more from ebay...I've done a search on here and already been to a few links but didn't find too much...man I'm screwed, the sad part is I was parking it to sell and I didn't want to put it the way she wanted (the wife wanted) so she was arguing with me...so I said alright I'll put it where you want it...I didn't plan on the fire hydrant behind me though...[X(][X(] Friggin retard...mother f-n idiot...FUUUUDGE! BTW the reverse sensors didn't work!

"Yes, hello, state farm, I have an anger issue and I just rear-ended a fire hydrant because I'm an asbolute idiot!" I could only imagine their faces! LOL!!! I would do that but by the time I pay my deductible and my insurance goes up it will have been leaps and bounds less to source the work out myself...I'd love to do that though! I thought about it at first but I don't think that'd be the way to go...Do you know how specific the bumpers are on these cars? I did a search and they gave me like 5 different options for the different vin numbers but I was curious why it would be like that? I know there is a difference between having back up sensors but I didn't realize there being a difference between sport models and non sport models...any insight?

I feel your pain. Last summer, a crew dug up a slab of pavement in front of my house. The next morning I backed out of my garage with my brain on autopilot, and, rammed a big pile of busted concrete with the rear of my Chrysler. Got the bumper, fender, and one rocker panel. I didn't turn it in to the insurance either.

Sucks, sucks even more when you do it right in front of your wife you were fighting back to by flooring it to get to the grass and before you could get there you nail the hydrant! At least it didn't get the tail pipe or boot lid...i've actually found 3 bumpers in houston that are going for a little over a 100 bucks 125-149 and I'll probably offer less and go pick them up. I figure it will cost me about 70-100 bucks on gas there and back.

No, I moved to Texas the beginning of this month. The rear bumpers are here...I'll probably try offering 100 bucks and see what happens...

I may be going to Conroe this week (20 miles north of houston) i'd be glad to pick it up your parts for you. Maybe ken@british can help also...not sure, but probably would if you PM him.

Funny, cuz I thought he was thinking of buckling the bumper to the front seat and I was about to recall an anecdote from the time I stuffed my bumper over the front passanger seat all the way laid back and leaning toward the rear driver door because my boot was full. LOL! Quil, sorry about your loss, but it doesn't sound like you're going to be out too much, but funny how these things never work out when we're short on cash.
