Default Immobilizer being a bully

Had spare key stolen during a home invasion. Few days later, Went to start the Jag, key wouldn't go into tumbler. It looked like the spare keyblade was stuck inside. Tried to pull it out with long nose tweezers but next day decided to call locksmith. He discovered that nothing was stuck inside and was able to turn the key but he never tried to start it. Afterwards he left. Then, I couldn't start the car Security System Failure was the message. I went through the test mode. Pic is what system codes showed. Got 2 brand new keys but they wouldn't program? Help!

No Jag dealer within 180 mls!

Gypsie, out of all that information, really only need to look at #42 (PATS). That is telling me that you are not getting a good diagnostic check bit from the key. So, this is telling me that odds are whoever forced the key into the ignition, damaged the antenna that goes around the igntion key. So, the computer is not able to sense the key and that is causing it to fail like you are seeing. So, odds are, you need to pull the steering column shells off and then see what is going on around the ignition tumbler. I think you are going to find something damaged in there.
