Default Intermittent ignition misfire

Hello all,

It feels like my 2002 3.0L X-Type is in the early stages of an ignition coil failure. I notice it once and a while under a load. My question is does anyone know if there is a misfire counter in the PCM? When I worked at a Ford dealer we had access to Mode 6 data in which you could find misfire counts listed per cylinder that did not occur frequently enough to cause a CEL. I was hoping to determine which cylinder before trying to swap coils to pinpoint.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
