Hi Im new to the forum I just became part of the jaguar family a couple mouths ago..I got a 2003 x type and I want to upgrade my grill if any one has or know a place where I can buy it will be awesome thanks

 

Adamesh | auto accessories | jaguar x type | jaguar accessories is one place you can look. They have the mesh type inserts to replace the factory insert.
I changed mine on the cheap. Our X-Type is BRG and I just painted the chrome grill surround body color except for the Jaguar badge leaving the factory insert alone. I also body colored all chrome body pieces and blacked out the small strip above the side windows. I painted the factory wheels black except for the center caps.

 

Several alternatives available, from left to right (open the collage in a new tab to view in full-res):

1. OEM grille, chromed plastic mesh, this is the one sold by Adamesh.
2. Mina Gallery newer grille, stainless steel mesh, more like the OEM one, not visible on their website.
3. Mina Gallery grille, stainless steel mesh, very dense/fine/small pattern.

 

Here's my 02 with the Mina grill and black mesh. I ordered it unpainted and ordered some factory spray paint and did it myself. Much cheaper that way...

 

I ordered mine from Adamesh about a year ago. Fits perfectly and had them paint it, for which they charge about $60. One thing to note is that it took about a month for it to be shipped to the states, which seemed like it took forever!
