Hello everyone
I own a jaguar 2007 X type and recently got my compressor fixed but now in order to play the radio it is asking me for the code which i cant find anywhere. any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

 

Welcome to the forum Huzaifa Wasti,

You must be in one of the few markets outside the UK where Jaguar fit coded radios. We have them here as a deterrent to theft.

The code will be lost if the battery has been discharged or disconnected. The unique four digit code will be on a card like this which should be with your Vehicle Document Set:



The numbers are entered on the numeric keypad to unlock the radio.

If you don't have the code card for your vehicle, Jaguar Dealers usually give this information free of charge if you provide proof of ownership.

Good Luck with the codes and welcome to the forum.
Sometimes I switch the music off to enjoy the Jaguar sound so make the most of it!!!
It's actually one of the best ways to get to know your car!!
