Default Jaguar Proteus Wheels

Is anyone selling their Proteus wheels? Or does anyone know where you can buy them for cheap?

Bought mine from www.welshent.com. Give them a try unless Nalley Jaguar can get them. When I bought mine, I was quoted $560 a wheel from a Canadian dealership who said they would have to get a couple shipped from the UK to fill the order. Welsh had a set still in the Jaguar wrappers.

How do these look? They are reproductions but they say they are identical..
Any ideas?
Thanks Mike
Does anyone know the width of the rims for the factory OEM proteus wheels?

I have a set of Proteus wheels that were painted 'medium-gloss black' by a custom shop here in town. They still have the stock growler center caps.

Sitting in storage.... never used them. Put 19's on immediately when I purchased the car.

I could sell them for $500.00 $600 with tires. tires are in 'good-fair' condition....

I was waiting for a murdered out look fanboy, but wasn't expecting you, Allen. I don't think it would have been a good look unless it was about 40mm lower. 19s are better.

or could be worse.... a "Low-rider Fanboy..."

we're all "fanboys" of what we like. It's called an opinion. subjective. perception. interpretation. idea.

c'mon jeremy, I guess i expected more out of YOU!

sometimes what we like coincides with what 'OTHERS' like! that's why you have sayings like "MOAR LOW" on your posts and you frequent the low-rider forums etc. we like to believe what WE like, is what is CORRECT. The other 'believers' or 'fanboys' help us assert this thought....

we're only human....
and i LOVE BLACK!!!! feel free to agree with me in order to consolidate my feelings

Point taken. I like black also and had a murdered-out Jeep when I lived in China back in 2002.

And the car I had before the X-Type was black with black top, lights, Brembos...

Still prefer the Audi reps though

I'm from SoCal... I have a penchant for murdered out vehicles as long as they are done right!

I like the proteus wheels a lot too! Especially Mr. Bond's black wheels.

By the way Mr. Bond, the term low rider is way out of line for Jeremy's car. Better adjectives would be hellaflush, stanced, fitment approved, or slammed.

Here's a website that might help you understand : http://www.stanceworks.com

Enjoy

Or.... it is 'Lowered' and 'Rides' that way. Hence the term "Low Rider."
at the risk of not being 'cool,'
I have a definition for you to look up: "I really don't give a damn."
