As for your problems, I would first look at whether you have good fuel pressure up at the motor. If you are going to have a problem, this is where most of us have issues.

After that, there is a long list of stuff that should be checked. Would you happen to be getting any engine codes (ie, check engine light on)? That may help get us to a solution for you.
