Dear euan,
She looks great - Good Job!
Will you please tell me where you found the wooden shifter knob? It adds a great touch of class to your car.
Thank you.

The gearknob is a manual, hard to find!! Auto's are much easier. I found mine on ebay for £2.99 listed as MAHOGANY but much darker, very close to my Burr Walnut!! there are a few suppliers over your way with really nice ones but not cheap!! This is an Expat in Florida - British Autowood > Gearknobs

Dear euanT,
Thank you for the information. I have a manual transmission car, but the leatherette cover of the shifter has cracked over time, leaving sharp edges around the circumference of the shifter. The Growler/shift pattern emblem has not withstood the ravages of time very well, either. The wooden shifters, such as yours, would be much more comfortable to use, AND add more class to the car.
Thanks, again.
