Default Lost interior lights

This morning I started my X and all one dash lights, radio lights, and steering wheel lights were blank. I figured a blown fuse and drove to work. Around 20 minutes into the drive they all came on!
I also had s warning... LOW OUTSIDE TEMPRATURE. It was 35dgrs f. Cold for Florida but not excessively cold by any stretch.

Any ideas what happened to the lights?

flyrr100, the low temp light comes on every time the temp drops below 40F. Once the yellow light goes out, press the reset button (middle button by the headlight switch) and it will clear the low temp indication.

As for your interior lights, sounds like you have a problem with the dimmer switch. Could be a loose plug, could be you bumped your knee against the dimmer knob and now that has broken the internals.

Is there any way to disable that low outside temperature warning from coming on? Reason I ask is I know that snowflake light is on my dash because I have seen it when I was in the ETM test mode, but I have never seen it come on since I have owned my car in over four years and probably have the days of the year are below 400 degrees. I don't want to activate it as personally I think those things are really dumb ( I had something similar in a Saab and I hated it), but I am just curious as to why mine would not come on.

Alfa, I am curious about this too. I find it annoying like you do. If I could turn it off as a personal preference, that would be great.

I leave my car when I'm working for a few days. I'll be home tomorrow night. We will see if the interior lights want to work them.
Darned annoying.
