Default Lower radiator hose

What is the best way to remove the lower hose a 2003 x- type?

The best and only way is jack up the car and remove it from under, it's not too difficult.

THANG is correct you will need to raise and block the car and then remove the underside splash shield. It is held in place with a row of fasteners around the perimeter and and 2 fasteners on each side accessed from the wheel arch liners. The lower radiator hose is actually 2 hoses, a short ( 4inch ) from the thermostat housing to a metal pipe and the a longer one from the metal pipe to the radiator. The drain is a plastic fitting on the right side bottom of the radiator. It can be removed with a large screwdriver or a hex socket.
