Default Misfire - Cruise not available - Vacuum leaks - Lean Bank 1 and 2

Too all:

Is there anything else I should check, if these don't resolve my issues of the following problems:

Misfire Cylinder #, # place your number here - "Cruise Not Available"
Engine Lean Bank 1 - "Cruise Not Available"
Engine Lean Bank 2 - "Cruise Not Available"
Engine Lean Bank 1 and Engine Lean Bank 2 - "Cruise Not Available"

I've changed out the following:

1 – PCV hose - OK here, I have the ribbed one installed
2 - Checked over the rubber boot from the air filter box to the throttle body for any holes or cracks.
3 – Checked for any Vacuum leaks
4 – Replaced the Intake gaskets and the ones below the fuel rail. 12 total.
5 – Replaced the IMT Valve gaskets
6 – Replaced the PCV
7 – Removed the throttle body and give it a through cleaning.
8 – Replaced MAF Sensor
9 – MAP Sensor - Next on the list, if the problem comes back.

I've also had a bad battery that caused me some heartburn, too.

Any input is appreciated.

have you checked your brake booster valve and hose? I had the same thing, and it was a small hole on the back of the valve. It looks fine on visual inspection, but after further physical inspection, it's way worse.

MAF sensor was bad. The kitty is running great.
