Default Misfire hard brake pedal

Looking for some insight from someone who may have already seen this. Starting my 2003 x type 2.5 in 15 degree weather after sitting for 3 days. Engine running rough trying to stall. I am able to drive it, runs OK when revved up. When stopping and engine revs drop my brake pedal gets very hard - loss of vacuum (?). Check engine lite comes on codes P0300 0301 0302 0303 0304 0305 0306 1314 1316. After engine warms up runs great. Also "CRUISE NOT AVAILABLE" lite comes on I believe that I need to replace the intake manifold gaskets. My theory is that the cold is shrinking everything to allow bad vacuum leak and that when all warms up it seals. I have addressed all the ''easy'' vac leak sources, IMT o'rings, Brake Booster pipe, PCV hose etc. so that is why I am guessing on the intake manifold gaskets. Of course could be a bad brake booster too but looking for some input from you guys first. Thanks

Try disconnecting battery then reconnecting x types have habit of misreading situations. I had similar problem last year and once I'd disconnected battery all was good.

Check your vacuum hose off of the brake booster. Check for any leaks, cracks, etc...

A vacuum leak can cause the misfires. The vacuum line to brake booster or the booster itself can cause the hard brake.
