G thanks guys...sorry I couldn't afford them sooner...only reason I'm putting them on now even is because were going on a trip and will be driving in the dark! Hate to left out their in the dark! Maybe if you guys paid me some money you know get a quil car fund going I could do more!

Yeah I hope I'll like em too...I want the stock look not the blue look but I couldn't get the 5k ones because they didn't have them only 4300 and 6 and up...hopefully they aren't irritating blue though because I'm not sure my eyes can handle that for the 8-11 hour ride!

Hey no big deal...Yeah hopefully the 6k aren't too blue! I want the super white look but for everyone to know they are hids...wasn't sure if the 4300 would be like halogens but just brighter or not...so I went 6k...

Well I ordered the lights Sunday and hoped to have them by now or the next couple of days...though now it seems they won't be here before I leave for Wisconsin[:@]...the hid place says that the Chinese have a holiday on the 1st which they shut down and nobody works for 2 days! They all get it off..thus they are using a china courier for shipment and they still don't even have a shipping number for me...so until that time I have to be patient or be ready for myself having been ripped off....oh well well see!

Good luck with install....
A guy onthe UKforum mentioned a tip when he fitted his by placing the ballast on the side thats harder to do on the radiator sideof the front panel unlike the one in the thread on this forum which involved moving abs/brake pipes to attach.
This also gives it better cooling from the front grill.

I didn't move a single brake line or ABS component, if you're referring to me.. You can't move any of those components, actually. I mounted the ballast infront of the power steering fluid resivor, and secured it to the ABS hardlines via a cable zip tie.
It's much easier to access this location than anywhere else in that front corner of the bay, especially when you consider you'll be tightening and potentially loosening a nut/bolt, therefore needing some room for your hands.
As for cooling purposes, all I know is that even the radiator hoses up front are scalding to the touch even after a short drive or two.. and where my ballast is now, it's cool to the touch after considering driving.
That's just what I reccomend, but whatever works easiest for you. [sm=smiley20.gif]

I hope so.. I can't imagine moving ABS lines/components to mount something as small as a ballast.
