So I kind of been doing a few upgrades to my X so I decided I should start a thread to share my adventures with you all

So far I have:
Upper and Lower Mina Gallery Mesh Grill
Philips 4300k Xenon Kit /w Ballast Conversion
5000k 6-LED Parking Light Conversion
5000k 6-LED License Plate Light
6.5" In-Dash Touch Screen Kenwood DDX7015 /w iPod Connector
Chrome Side Pillars

Future Upgrades:
Interior LED Upgrade
Audio System
Chrome Rims (undecided)

Anyways, I finally put my in-dash Kenwood DDX7015 headunit into my X and I now want to upgrade my door speakers. I am looking for bass but not sub woofer bass. I don't want to go deaf but I like to have good bass in the car. Does anyone have any suggestions? My X comes with regular sound system, not premium. I'm willing to spend about $100 a pair. Thank you in advance!

I want to get rims for my X but I don't know which ones I want, I haven't made up my mind yet. I ahve been looking at two brands, Niche and Giovanna. I want to get 19" rims because I read in a few places 20" rims will rub. So my choice is between the Niche Rhines or the Giovanna Sabina's. The Giovanna Sabina's come in either Chrome or Black with an option for black or chrome caps.

Not point lesss, i like the first set of rims, im having a hard time finding ones tht are compatible with the x type, or that i like

 

Where did you get the parking light LED conversion from????

They are 194 lights. The more LED's the brighter the light. Also pay attention which way the LED's are sitting because that's how the light will be emitted. Make sure their pointed to a direction that suits your converting needs.

 

I liek the Giovanna wheels, wont darken the car with it being a dark coloured car
Would be interesting too see what the car would look like with them on

 

i like the 1st rims and the all chrome.

i bought the lower Mina mesh grill, but i cant figure out how to get the stock plastic bar off of the grill... how did you install the chrome mesh?
