Heys Guys Im New To This Jaguar but I just bought a 2003 x type 2.5 5speed and the next day the clutch pedal went to the floor and never came back up I pop the hood and see fluid everywhere on the tranny its a lil small hose/line that connects to the slave that's is leaking I called the dealer they want 220 bucks part#c2s46855 I was looking around for a aftermarket but no luck on that any ideal? its # 2 in the pic p/s dealer wants to sell me the hole like and I only need that one part of it

 

I have had to do this with obsolete parts at one time or another. Call around to real auto parts stores(not pep boys, advanced, or auto zone), and see if they make hydraulic hoses. They would need your part, but have been my saviors on more than one occasion. Try the internet, like Ebay, or locate a hydraulic repair facility. They will always make hoses cheaper than the dealer......Hope this helps....Be cool....Mike
