My rear right wheel makes a chirping noise every time it rotates (once per rotation). I haven't been able to pinpoint where it is coming from. I replaced the hub and bearing, and it is still happening. I also know that my abs ring is bad on that wheel, which I am looking into dealing with at some point. The chirping noise happens even with the tire and rim removed from the car. I noticed that the sound is less when I turn to the left. Braking does not make a difference in the chirping. Also pulling the e-brake makes no difference in the chirping.
