Need help please
In addition to the drivers door not opening.. my sons headlights seem rather dim.
the bulbs were replace by the Jag dealer in spring with Jag headlights. The voltage at the battery with the headlights on and car running is 13.5... so any help with the headlights or how to open a door when neither handle works and you cannot take door panel off would be great. Thanks Bob

Bob, first off, are the headlights foggy? If so, polish them back to clear and see what you have at that point. If things are still dim, are the headlights a normal halogen "white" or do they appear to be more yellow than other halogen bulbs. Lets take things from there and see what we have then.
