Question Need some help

So I recently got a 2002 Jaguar x type. it is a 4 door with the 3.0 under the hood. For some reason I cant get it to start I have checked fuses, relays and even replaced the starter. When I put the test light on the posts on the back of the starter one is getting power constant but the other is getting nothing even with the key in the start position. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to forums so I do apologize in advance Iif
I'm doing this wrong. Thank you

Jags won't start if the battery is just a bit low. Try 'jumping' from another car. If it starts it's your battery.

Battery condition and charge are critical.

If the battery is OK, check the battery cable connections at the ends (circled) are tight:

Battery cables have been known to break at these connection ends.
