Default new grilles and taillights

here are some before and after pics. in the after, the upper grille is the 2 piece arden, the lower is the cheaper one from jaguarxp. if you look closely you can see the mounting screws in it, but it is very hard to see, even in person. i threw away their mounting hardware and used all stainless steel, so no worrys about rust.

it is hard to tell which is which without knowing, but the grille was never the problem with them - it was the shipping. it took them over a month to mail the lower grille to me. i would HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere for jag parts unless you have a lot of time to kill. i have read where others have had the exact same problems with them. the upper grilles, both arden and aftermarket, use a 3 hole per inch pattern. the lowers both use a 4 hole per inch pattern. when you think about it, it makes sense - there is much more of a chance for small rocks to get into the lower area.

i also got a set of the chrome surrounds for the rear tail lights. here is what they look like installed. i still say this should have been a standard factory option - it just looks like it was supposed to be there.
