you have to host the pic somewhere first. i use www.photobucket.com it's free and easy. then, use the following line in your message:
[IMG]www.the.url.of.your.hosted.photo.here[/IMG]

hi boys,
can you (in usa) tint all the windows the same?
here (in austria) you are not allowed to change the windscreen. the front windows are a matter of discussion (most people say "no", no one dares to ask the authorities directly, because they may forbid it straight away) and so erveryone tints the rear windows down to a severe level (say 25% transmittance left).
approx. once a year you happen to see a foreign car, tinted all over (even the windscreen), so you get the impression, that the bulgarian mafia is in town.

every state here in the US has it's own rules about tint. here in ohio, the rule is 50% on the driver and passenger front windows, no restrictions on the the rear doors or rear window itself, nothing allowed on the front. i went with 35% all the way around, which, technically, is illegal where i live, but all my vehicles have been this way and i hae never had a problem.

Here in Jersey, if your front windows are tinted, the police make you take it off on the spot. Or...if you decide you don't want to cooperate, a 150 dollar ticket is yours to enjoy.
