Odd start ups in cold weather.
It seems to only be under extreme cold weather, but when I start the car it makes a screech noise at first (similar to a small motor that requires to put the choke on in order for it to start) Any ideas as to what this could be? Initially I thought the starter was sticking but I'm probably wrong.
Eventually after a few tries she'll start up, but I'd like to get rid of this problem.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check the belts. Spray some belt dressing on them. Could be the issue. Been below zero out here in Colorado and this is my winter car parked outside...the car will make all sorts of sounds at that temp especially when I have snow and ice all under the body and fender wells. Also, at -8 degrees, the shift knob is rough getting it into drive. Again, this is in below zero weather with the car parked outside in the snow. Starts and runs like a tank though. Normally a high pitched noise like that is a belt or pulley.
