Default One engine fan blows really hard, the ac cooler fan in and out

Hello Jag people like myself,
My 2002 3.0 x type sport has been having some fan issues. The fan closer to the battery tends to blow very hard after the car warms up and the other one near the condenser comes on and off at odd times, but stays off most of the time, even when I test it by putting ac at full cold blast it doesn't come on. Im wondering if there's a short or something.

There's no leaks in the coolant and this problem occurred before and after I replaced the crummy reservoir tank that was leaking. I only have running hot issues if it's over 90f idling running ac for about 35mins, but after approaching midway between 1/2 and 3/4 on temp gage it usually return to 1/2 (normal) readings. Is this going to be a problem or is this normal?

Vidsquad, your fan controller most likely is starting to go and it has dual controls inside of it. It just so happens that the one fan is having issues while the other is working just fine. Replace the fan controller and I bet you will find that your fans will work as they should.
