Default Opinion on this rust?

Car I am looking at. Is this fixable or should I run away? Every X-type I have looked at is rotten. This is the least bad. Should I just give up on X types?

You can have new aftermarket replacement sill panels shipped over from the UK and welded in. If you find the right person, it shouldn’t be cripplingly expensive because it doesn’t actually have to look good because the panels don’t show once you put the plastic sill covers back on. But it’ll likely still be cheaper to just look for X-types a few states further south. Make them stick their phone underneath & send you good underneath pics before going to look any X-Type because most X400’s exposed to salt are rusty. If you do buy one, treat it annually with something like Fluid Film both underneath & inside sills/doors/ fenders to keep it from rusting.

From a structural point, what is see in the pictures is pretty good. The only thing that concerns me is what appears to be a crack. Not sure if that is just the edge of the panel or if that is where the panel has cracked.
