Awesome program, no I wouldn't race unless I was racing to win but you always have a backup that the car is awesome!

I'd love to see the S-type R with improved cams, solid lifters, forged pistons, crower rods, and 30 pounds of boost race against an Evo! However handling on the S-type is not ideal for racing. I'd take that EVO anyday! Also, the GT-R is coming out next year here in the US! That GT-R is gonna run for like 80K but twin turboed and estimated 500-600 HP!

Anderson has the carnival red too? Not a bad color, but i like white or gray silver metallic. The color on your Jag is nice too...

"I didn't get a chance to snag a picture, but there was a nice looking black X with some chrome wheels at my hotel last week. Just curious if that was anyone here."

In reply to Spartan, this is the thread I started about a million years ago. Even today I still see X's or pass them on the road and slow down look at the drive to see if there's anything I may recognice as being one of the members......Must look like a right weirdo....lol
Funny though!

Yeah I know mate.....lol
I sorta thought in answer to spartans thread of a similar topic.
If you remember we were all talkin about the Jags we see on the road either every day or once in a while. Wonderin who owns it etc and are they a forum member possibly.
Around the same time we were also talking about forum stickers for the rear window?

I was just thinking about that today. I'll do a lil research on decals. I'll even try and make some profit for the "fix my jag" fund.

You still haven't fixed that thing man.

I'd be willing to pay 5-15 bucks for a window sticker, if it looked good. A little decal, maybe 3 inches diameter of like the little jaguar face that goes on some jags.

Hopw much would this cost, considering u'd only have to make liek 30 tops

Well, I did very little research online, but I did do some. Like 9 bucks PER decal. I got two decals for my 240sx forum for 5 bucks so I asked my buddy kyle, the admin on the site about them and I'm waiting for a call back. BTW, he does make something out of them.

I'll have to check into it as well...I want some t-shirts! My father-in-law had some shirts made for our little car audio/wholesale business and they weren't that expensive...not that great of quality but he paid like 10-15 bucks per shirt and only bought a couple of them...I'll be checking for sure!

Itd be a great way to meet other Jag forum members too while on your travels.
Alittle decal maybe 8" long and 1 1/2" high with white lettering spelling JaguarForums.Com
Stick it in the middletop of the rear window or rear quarter window--- Job done!
Imagine Aquill.......hundreds of miles from home in Oregon passin a Jag ( he's gonna have a good look )...sees the sticker, honks the horn and pulls over ...........lol
Nice one!

I've been doing some research, and they are quite expensive. About 10 bucks per decal, and that's the cheapest they go. I'll be doing a bit more research into bulk purchases. Maybe get them at $4 or $5 per, but spend like $50 or $100. Now t-shirts I think I can get at $10-$15 per from my wife's job. Just gotta take time after work to do so.

I'll look into it as well...lets see what we can come up with...my buddy had stickers made for pretty cheap and the shirts he had made were like 10 a shirt and I still have it 2 years later...

Are we allowed to use the leaper and Jaguar Forums without getting into trouble???

I wouldn't see too much of a problem Aquill....There's copyright laws broken millions of times each day. As long as you're not gonna make millions from the sale and they're in good taste, which I'm sure they would be......No problem.

In fact , you would have done the firm's add for free. It's like you buy a replica watch (Rolex ) and when you wear it many people will see in on your wrist and that would be a free advertising of the brand lol
