Just wanted to say I really appreciate all the knowledge that's been shared here. I'm a lurker with not much to add, but I have been able to save a ton of money and headaches based off the messages here. The most recent was the replacement of a rear door latch, and I would have broken it if it weren't for some pictures that were posted showing how it went together.

So, just a quick thanks!

 

100% agree with you, I am a new member and I used the info from here and some helpful members to force a tire shop to rebuild my transmission after they accidently removed the reverse band anchor bolt. If I didnt educate myself I have no doubt I would be paying the bill.

There is the other side as well - X-Type (X400) 2001 - 2009
