Default Problematic Jag. Prt.2

I have finally gotten a fellow to find more codes than anyone so far the codes read as follows in order as scanner read....

P0171
P0174
C1145
P1000

i have checked o rings on the vacuum lines connected. Disconnected all electrical plugs around and near the throttle body and MAF area sprayed electronic connector cleaner on both male and female sides removed MAF assembly. And cleaned thoroughly. Cleaned throttle body all sides (inside) and the flange both sides. Still in limited mode... and suggestions?
Keep in mind the spark plugs have been changed twice the second time with six new coil packs.. and I have installed a new upstream O2sensor.

Thank you for reading
Help!!!

Don't forget to check or replace tuner tube o"rings, the brake booster line, the two vac line adapters(Chinese hand cuffs), and the big PVC hose bottom side and check the lines to the EGR control that hangs on the fire wall. Just a FYI, Good luck

Ordered new o rings for IMT from dealer in atlanta. And now that someone pointed out IMT I can hear a hiss coming from the lower of the two seals sprayed starter fluid around it bout choked the car out. So hopefully this is the prob. I will replace the small upper o rings for booster lines... as for the PCV hose where is it located I problly replaced already... does it look like a hose with "ribs"...?

If you seal up the leaks you should be good, if you haven;t done it already the lower tuning tube is hard to get out but if you carefully play with it it will come out, mine wasn't that difficult but others said they had a hard time.Hope you didn't pay full price for the upper/lower o'rings, I got a full set upper/lower for $20.00 + shipping at partsgeek.com .
Mine went from 14.5mpg to 27.5mpg when I replaced everything and topped out @29mpg

$24.60 tax and shipping from jaguar.
I Hear no hiss anymore but haven't cleared the check engine light yet but will try to get it done today. I can already tell a difference the idle is higher and throttle response is back. Still limited to 3000rpm but clearing the ecm and letting it cycle should do.

Believe it or not this all started at the clutch..
This car had125,000 mi on it when this started happening.
Took it to a couple of mechanics and all said had to do with trans. Syncro. So...
Bought a salvaged trans (manual) without plates at 60,000mi and bought stage 1 racing clutch kit.
New rack and pinions water pump, therma stat upper and lower. spark plugs all six x2, Coil packs all six. Upper intake manifold gasket set all six x2
And switched the motor oil to full synthetic
So hope fully we got it handled lmao
