speaking of muffler tips, how can I take them off. I wanted to maybe take them off to clean and make them stick out more from the back. But they won't budge? are they welded on? any TIPS? haha!
Sorry Hanky...the tips are welded on.

Hanky.............if you just want clean n shiny tips try using Duraglit / Brasso.
Give it a good sesh with that and leave to absorb for a while, then reapply and leave for 5 mins or so and buff to a high shine
Unfortunately it won't make them stick out more though[&:]

Cheers
Jim

Hey jim I couldn't find the thread about the exhaust pipe refinishing. I'd like to refurb the muffs and the calipers when I get to Texas which is warm. Any idea what the stuff someone used on here was? I can't remember if you had done it or not...
