what does this get power to? i was missing the relay in slot R4 so i swapped the horn (which is same part number to its location and i dont see a difference in anything.

if there is nothing in its slot what should be unable to power on?

antboss, looking at the diagrams, relay R4 provides power to the trailer harness (to power the electric brakes and the like) and also it provides power to a power port in the cabin of the car and also a power port in the boot of the car. Nothing other than that.
