replace standard stereo with 7" touch screen

Hello.

I have a Jaguar x-type 2008 with the standard 6 speaker system without cd changer.

i wounder if its possible to take out the standard stereo and replace it with jaguars navigation system with the 7 inch touch screen?

i don't really like how aftermarket navigation looks like in the x-type..

Nice, I considered the same thing right up until I read that. If I'm going to spend in the hood of 600-800 bones I'll get a double din head unit with things like bluetooth, auxilary inputs, iPod control. Oh and GPS, I've never understood why you would do that retrofit at that expense and gain nothing except for a GPS that kills itself when you use the upgraded disk or runs off a disk for that matter..
