replacing a fan module

i just got a ne w fan module. May someone help me with the ways/procedure of installing it. do i need special tools?

well i managed to replace the module, took me 2 and half hours. its an easy job if you have small hands........i am not that fortunate, but i did it. my fans are spinning and spinning and spinning
