Hoping that someone can help with a small issue.

Unfortunately the turbo on my 2.0d decided to give up the other night so I'll be getting a replacement recon model on Monday but in the meantime I'm removing the old one to be able to fit the new one straight away.

My question is this, Does the whole unit including the manifold need to be removed on this engine? I have most bolts loosened but it looks like the manifold is better accessed from underneath which would mean removing the cat too?

Has anyone else taken on this job, what was the best course of action?
